    Diagnostico estratégico del área de comercio internacional de la empresa Tanques del Nordeste sede Bogotá

    This document will seek to make a strategic diagnosis of the area of foreign trade of Tanques del Nordeste, Bogota, the purpose of this is to highlight strengths and development sectors of both the area and the company. This strategic diagnosis will be made using a qualitative and descriptive methodology, using the value chain tools, CANVAS, internal and external factors evaluation matrix, strategic position and SWOT matrix. As a result of the whole process we observed that the international trade area of Tanques del Nordeste and the company itself have ample opportunities to take an active part in the international market.
