    Genuina Store Clothes Ltda., Is a company created in 2020 in the city of Bogotá offering products that provide comfort, style, authenticity, security to those women who are at the forefront of fashion, and who are looking for products that are accessible to the whole public, satisfying the tastes and needs of as many women as possible. Currently, Genuina Store Clothes Ltda. Does not have a structured quality management system, which gives the company the possibility of implementing optimal processes based on current ISO 9001: 2015 regulations; For this reason, the present work aims to present a proposal that allows the company to restructure existing processes under the standard, optimizing processes, resources, and satisfying the needs of stakeholders in the organization's processes.
