    This project seeks to develop a proposal that allows Health Service Provider Institutions to improve the billing area through Lean tools, therefore, the identification of each of the waste that affects the processes must be carried out, in addition to serving as a basis for other areas to carry out an analysis and achieve continuous improvement. The proposal is established through the analysis of the information collected, in which multiple variables are considered, such as the optimization of processes through monitoring and permanent controls, the human factor and the strategies that can be implemented through engineering. to influence positively.
