    Estrategias y planes para la empresa Flórez Y Álvarez S.A.S

    This research work was carried out at the company Flórez y Álvarez S.A.S, whose main activity is to provide cleaning, cafeteria and locative maintenance services to entities in both the public and private sectors. Therefore, this document is composed of eight modules, focused on the Human Talent area of the company, during the development of each one, a proposal for improvement was proposed, which can be measured by an indicator. Next, we will talk about what was done in each module. First of all, there is an Economic Environment, related to the measurement of economic indicators, analysis of microeconomic and macroeconomic variables, with the help of tools such as Matrix Pestel, MMGO, Five forces of Porter, Blue Ocean. In second place, this strategic management, it was observed the management of the management of Flórez and Álvarez SAS, the management of assertive decision making, strategic planning, the type of leadership and this was achieved through the analysis of tools as Dofa general, matrix MMGO, EFI, EFE, PEYEA.
