    The creation of the Human Resources area in the company Choose Easy Express is of vital importance since it carries out the procedures for the selection of workers, hiring, payroll and social security, among others. It must be taken into account that when the company begins to grow, the need for a department is created where not only administrative proceedings are taken care of, but also the concern for the social, psychological and cultural well-being of the employee. The formal organization is mainly to give each person their position, their functions and their activities whose execution will be controlled by their alternate according to the organization's regular channel, thus defining the position that they occupy in the organization since the Human Resources area is will be in charge of giving employment functions (description of jobs, personnel selection, personnel training, definition of the profile, processing of dismissal and others.) Personnel administration function (election and formalization of contracts, payroll management, management of permits, vacations, overtime, disciplinary regime, etc.) compensation function, human resource development function, labor relations function and others.
