    The objective of this work is to propose an improvement for the company in the import of spare parts and finished goods from Shenzhen, China to Bogotá, Colombia. Strategies are proposed to optimize costs and international logistics of imports carried out by the company. The foregoing in order to retain the company's customers by delivering their products in a cost/benefit ratio and in the shortest possible time. Also Internacional de Cámaras y Lentes SAS is expected to improve its competitiveness in the international market.
