    Estudio de Pre factibilidad para el diseño y comercialización de una silla de ruedas ideal para la población discapacitada

    The present degree project is carried out with the purpose of carrying out a study that allows economic viability, making known how the design of accessories for an ideal wheelchair for the disabled population is carried out, identifying the requirements desired by the disabled population and analyzing the different materials and properties that allow an improved design, verifying if its design and its respective load is feasible or not. For its development, the preparation of a market study, a technical study, a financial study and, additionally, the implementation of engineering tools for product development were considered in the specific objectives. We use the projective research method, we proceed to explain the entire design process by collecting the necessary information, which allows the study to be carried out. We continue with the preparation of a survey, knowing in depth the needs that they present in the disabled population of the city of Bogotá. In this project, industrial engineering is implemented, through knowledge for carrying out methods, calculations, ingenuity of the functional design of the product, elaboration of the plant design, financial study, among others.
