Many times, when organizations fail to perceive the expected results in relation to what is planned, they omit the fact that they are not aware of their surroundings and their context. This is why institutions such as ISO have proposed various standards that seek standardization in certain impact areas to facilitate the development of the objectives proposed by the organizations, based on the understanding of each activity that is performed and its interaction with the external and external environment in favor of customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and high performance. Under this premise, it is necessary to mention that the development of this work allows to identify in a methodical way the elements that interact with Construcruz E.U., an organization located in the tertiary sector of the economy, dedicated to activities related to plumbing in urban and civil works on a large scale, the above with the aim of contributing in an orderly proposal for the implementation of a quality management system. The execution of the work will allow, among other things, to demonstrate that the organization can achieve excellence and high performance if it takes into account its current position and transforms it into a strategic position, identifying each process and interaction with external and internal stakeholders, starting from the application of the principles of the PHVA cycle and associating them with diverse approaches such as marketing, social responsibility, competitiveness and innovation and elements of business management.
