    At present, management systems offer great competitive advantages in organizations, according to their economic activity it is important to adopt the guidelines of ISO 9001: 2015. The present work seeks to generate a proposal for the implementation of a QMS through the application of necessary methods and tools, to El Restaurante la Cafeteria En Connecta, which is a line of business of GateGourmet, and thus have a standard of quality management, which Guarantee us to involve stakeholders, increase business efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Based on what has been learned in each of the modules of the academic program, it is possible to identify unfavorable aspects in each of the processes and establish a continuous improvement approach to the administrative and commercial area of the restaurant.
