Avila Pinzón, Leidy Stella; Salgado Pineda, Lloraine Stefanny; Cruz Villarraga, Nelson Humberto
The present project is based on the design of the safety and health at work management system for the Red T foundation, taking as a guide decree 1072 of 2015, resolution 1111 of 2017 and GTC (Colombian Technical Guide), in order to provide continuous improvement within the organization. According to the need that arises in the Foundation, the following are the objectives to be developed in this project: • Evaluate the current status of the foundation, according to the minimum standards (Resolution 1111 of 2017) and its respective improvement plan. • Design the matrix where hazards are identified and assess the risks • Elaborate the legal matrix for the textile sector. • Design the procedure for the types of incidents and / or accidents that may occur. • Prepare the relevant documentation for the SG-SST. • Implementation of minimum programs for a better work environment. It is evident that the foundation's workers do not have affiliation to the ARL, which is essential to avoid sanctions and achieve a continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental aspects at work. The implementation of minimum programs for the foundation will be based on the promotion and prevention, emergency plans, training, prevention of accidents, prevention of muscular disorders and prevention of exposure to noise.
