    Envolvente y Distribución programática en la vivienda multifamiliar

    The present research work studies the relationship between envelope and programmatic distribution in the multi-family dwellings of the Patio Bonito neighborhood, for which the organizational structure of the sector was identified, analyzing the three types of multi-family dwellings present in the place: mixed housing, commercial housing and residential. Following this, five characteristics of the envelope were identified, which are: static and dynamic that respond to flexibility, as well as; opaque, translucent and transparent that responds to the interior - exterior relationship of the programmatic distribution, realizing that the program of multifamily dwellings varies according to the modulation of apartments by level taking into account the number of families present, thus affecting the size of the different areas of the house. Finally, through tests, housing and coworking modules were established for the conformation of the residential unit, in relation to the concept of formal stacking, porosity and versatility, concluding that by altering the shape of the program, the facades are freed, generating comfort to their users.
