    This document consists of a degree option project which seeks to automate equipment control and loan processes in the Telecommunications laboratories of the Uniagustiniana University where its problems are based mainly on the fact that it is difficult to develop work or practices in which the use of any equipment that the university has, not knowing whether or not they are available or how much time is available to use these equipment, since more students or even teachers may need them. Qualitative tools were used, obtaining information from various sources by conducting observation surveys and analyzing the responses obtained by each of the interviewees, carrying out the analysis of this, what is sought is to provide a solution through an information system that allows the personnel in charge to carry out a control of each of the equipment where you can see information about the equipment, the loans made, and the users to whom the loan is made, favoring students and the personnel in charge of making the loan of laboratory equipment, also generating an ecological impact by not having to use sheets of paper to fill out the loan form.
