    Propuesta de mejora del proceso productivo de Lactiquesos S.A.S por medio de herramientas Lean Manufacturing.

    The degree project has been carried out in order to describe everything that does not generate value and determine which Lean Manufacturing tools will help improve the productive process of Lactiquesos SAS. In principle, the research problem was to identify the variables that are involved in the proliferation of low productivity in the organization, all in order to design strategies that will help Lactiquesos SAS: In the first instance recognize foci of low productivity, followed by a development of improvements through the use of Lean tools and finally evaluate these improvements as feedback. The work methodology is correlational. Making (1) a diagnosis by means of a modal analysis of faults and effects, in addition to the (2) application of a Lean diagnosis, followed (3) by the use of the 5's tool, and with these diagnoses to obtain the current state of the company, (4) design possible strategies for the improvement of the production process, generating path and process flow diagrams, in addition to proposing Poka Yokes and visual control through Andon, determining the value flow through VSM and proposing rapid tool change SMED, all this with the (5) purpose of reducing demand dissatisfaction, increasing the amount of money received annually by involving all staff in the productivity improvement project. Thanks to the above, data could be obtained to simulate the production process with possible improvements.
