    In the present work, the general aspects of environmental problems and the needs that are currently presented in organizations with respect to commitment and awareness, environmental habits and environmental behavior, especially in administrative services and management support companies located or With headquarters in Bogotá D.C., and the generalities of the environmental management programs that must be developed in this type of company are disclosed; with which the proposal for the environmental management training program was prepared to integrate it into the Institutional Training Plan and develop it from the strategy of the Human Talent group, in order to strengthen the environmental awareness of its human capital, adopt good practices organizational environmental issues and take advantage of institutional resources, and thus contribute from these companies to improve environmental commitment and minimize the environmental impacts of their organizational processes.
