    Austral Lens Colombia S.A.S. is a company dedicated to the production and commercialization of ophthalmic marketing of ophthalmic lenses has more than 8 years of experience in the market, having presence presence in all the national territory of Colombia, counting with more than 20 strategic allies for the commercialization of its products and services, with the passage of time the implementation of new machinery in production leads to an increase in the generation of all kinds of waste, which are believed not to be reusable or simply are not given the final simply not given the proper final management to be disposed of or stored correctly. This work will be aimed at the study, diagnosis and appropriate strategies for the solution of the problem of the strategies for the solution of the problems faced by the company, since the company does not have an effective effective monitoring method with which it is possible to control, it is difficult to identify whether the standards established by the environmental authorities are being met in terms of waste generated, environmental and labor conditions, and the use of natural resources.
