This research stems from the concern of how to strengthen the financial management of an event planning company in a market where customers seek comprehensive solutions and personalized experiences. In Bogotá and the surrounding Sabana region, organizing social and corporate events requires extensive logistical coordination and careful management of customer expectations. Therefore, it is important to have financial tools that support clearer and more sustainable decision-making. The main objective was to design a financial model for an event planning company that contributes to the comprehensive management of social and corporate events, with an applied case study for Bosque de Niebla Casa de Eventos. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a descriptive and projective scope, supported by a documentary review carried out throughout the sector analysis, market study, and financial evaluation. Based on the information gathered, market needs, potential customer preferences, and relevant financial variables were identified to structure the model. This included initial CAPEX and OPEX, financing, P&L components, working capital, projected financial statements, cash flows, and the main profitability indicators, including NPV, IRR, WACC, and the Benefit-Cost Ratio. The results show that the financial model serves as a useful reference for planning, evaluating scenarios, and making data-driven decisions. The research demonstrates that integrating market analysis with financial planning reduces uncertainty, improves resource allocation, and strengthens the sustainability of this business model for event organization.
