Currently the global market is in the search of continuously improving its processes, methods, services and / or relevant factors that will allow the growth and competitiveness of organizations, that is why we must mention the quality control, this system emphasizes the implementation of mechanisms, techniques focused on improving the quality of products or services in order to meet the needs and specifications of customers. For the company Servi Flexo SAS it is of great importance that its processes are controlled and that specific guidelines of the production process are established. The project identifies rework and its causes, these are attacked by establishing a work methodology applying the appropriate tools for each case to solve the detected failures, measuring the efficiency and behavior of the proposed controls, the commitment of the workers it is an important factor since it allows the optimal execution of the proposed measures; the focus to the client must be the main objective of the organization, because the quality is evaluated by the client and if the result is acceptable, it is a satisfied customer who will continue using the services and buying the company's products; In the graphic arts sector, especially in flexography printing processes are divided into two important sectors, the first called Pre press, which emphasizes the design and development of flexographic plates and the second press that is related to the process of printing of the final product.
