    This case study was conducted in the company MAG Jeans dedicated to the provision of garment service in the textile market, where through different mechanisms there was a problem in taxation, especially in the income tax and complementary, as well as also financial inconsistencies, because the control of the financial resources is the minimum, an evaluation in analysis of the qualitative relationship such as the DOFA and the CANVAS likewise quantitative through the conciliation and the comparisons of the financial statements according to the current and projected situation of the company, therefore the tax planning was designed in the income tax and in order to improve its liquidity, indebtedness and profitability, when an optimization of costs and expenses could be evidenced; This was done through the collection of operational, organizational, accounting and financial information, financial indicators and possible tax benefits. With the above, can be used as a tool for financial tools are available, as well as for the application of the resources of the benefits of the tool. Evaluate the real financial and fiscal procedure in the company as well as an alternative contribution to the State and the implications that this generates.
