Item Gestión de talento humano un aliado estratégico para mitigar los riesgos psicosociales en los colaboradores durante el retorno a las actividades post-pandemia impactando positivamente en la productividadRosas Chaparro, Iveth Milena; López Hernández, Karen Johanna; Castro Guerrero, Yury Jackelin; Parra León, NydiaThis research proposal is developed to design a guide for the human management areas to structure strategies and action plans that contribute to the readaptation of employees to the new post-pandemic normality, that impact their well-being and the organization itself. A research with a quantitative, non-experimental approach was carried out, fundamentally based on the document review technique, which included the review of 30 documents of various sources and nature. The carried-out analyzes highlighted the importance of the human management area to strengthen the capacities of the organization and its collaborators to face high-impact changes such as those that arose as a result of Covid-19, by identifying the area’s psychosocial risk factors, accelerated transformation of practices, policies and strategic processes and the implementation of interventions aimed at developing skills in employees to face the physical and psychological effects that situations of high demand may generate. The conclusions aim to highlight what intervention strategies and plans based on clear diagnoses of psychosocial risks, with a comprehensive approach to the various human management processes such as well-being, training and development, internal communications and health and safety at work, allow to increase and strengthen the personal and work resources of the collaborators to face the demands of the environment with greater safety and efficiency, reducing the negative impact on their well-being and on the productivity results of the organization; Likewise, it was evidenced that the role of the leader is fundamental in the implementation and preservation of these strategies.
