Starting from watching colombian cinema and noticing some recurrent topics on this one, a doubt came out. How urban violence has been represented as, of the screenplay and the building of young marginalized characters on colombian cinema? To answer this question we made a research of the most recurrent topics like: urban violence, marginality and colombian youth, it was proposed a qualitative investigation, and a methodology with these next approaches: historical, descriptive, quasi-experimental. Thus it was made a detailed analysis of young marginalized characters on this cinema, where three movies with these characteristics, which were broken down on phases to get to know every character. Based on this results an screenplay and a short film constituted with al these characteristics were made, finding different conclusions that came our on the creation process and that also helped to understand this kind of cinema and it’s importance for colombian culture.
