    The purpose of the study is to make an analysis of the level of technological management that is present in the production of footwear in an area such as the Restrepo neighborhood of Bogotá, which sought to establish the gaps and difficulties that this sector is going through in technological matter, examine the level of production and competitiveness in these companies and propose mechanisms and improvement procedures in this aspect of technological management.
