    Evaluación del impacto por la alta rotación de personal operativo en la Empresa Colbisagras S.A.S. en los últimos seis meses

    In this degree work, the impact produced by the high turnover of operational personnel in the company Colbisagras S.A.S. in the last six months. The main objective of this project is to identify the factors that promote the rotation of operational personnel within this company, in order to propose recommendations that mitigate the high costs generated by the rotation of personnel in the different positions. For this purpose, a methodological research design is presented, through which quantitative and qualitative information is collected. The privileged technique for the development of the investigation is the survey, which allows to recognize the causes that lead the collaborators to desist from the position, the relationship between staff turnover and job dissatisfaction was identified, being the motivation and the lack of training the main causes, at the end of the analysis an improvement plan and general recommendations are delivered.
