    Propuesta del diseño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SG-SST) en la empresa nacional de Electricos HH LTDA., cumpliendo con lo establecido en el decreto 1072 del 2015.

    Nacional de Eléctricos HH Ltda., Is a company in the electricity sector that provides marketing, import and distribution of electrical materials and equipment, as well as electrical consultancies in low, medium and high voltage for housing, business and industrial projects. The present degree work is based on the design of the occupational health and safety management system (SG-SST) complying with the provisions of decree 1072 of 2015. For the realization of the project, an initial evaluation is developed including a review of the strategic direction and compliance with legal requirements among others, as well as evaluation of job positions, evaluation of documents, security inspections, recognition of the executed and scheduled activities. The risk matrix is developed and preventive and corrective actions for continuous improvement are suggested. Finally, with all the data obtained in the initial assessment and the procedures already evaluated, an annual work plan is prepared and constructed, which will be very useful for the collection of information at the time of making decisions, generating continuous improvements to the system.
