    Automatización de los procesos de vinculación SARLAFT, gestión documental y seguimiento de cotizaciones en Transmares Logística S.A.S. mediante herramientas de Google Workspace y Gemini

    Transmares Logística S.A.S. currently manages three key commercial-area processes manually: client onboarding under the Risk Management System for Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (SARLAFT), the associated document management, and the handling of commercial requests. To address this, an automation solution was designed and implemented through Google Workspace Studio flows powered by Gemini. Verifying the validity of SARLAFT documents and attending to priority emails, when done manually, causes response delays, loss of traceability, and compliance risk under Resolution 2328 of 2025 issued by the Superintendency of Transportation. To address this problem, a descriptive qualitative research approach was developed, based on direct observation of the commercial area, which made it possible to identify the main workflow inefficiencies and design three automated solutions: immediate notification of priority emails, a daily summary of unread emails, and automatic extraction of validity dates from PDF documents. This automation is expected to reduce response times, improve the commercial team's daily organization, and speed up document verification, thereby strengthening the company's regulatory compliance.
