    Propuesta para implementar el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo de acuerdo a la resolución 0312 de 2019 para la constructora Arias & Arias

    The purpose of this research work is to make known the current situation of the company Arias & Arias and thus make a diagnosis of the Management and Health at Work System, in order to identify the risks to which the collaborators and contractors directly associated with the company's activity are exposed; simultaneously a risk study is proposed with the identification of the problem. This is of great importance, taking into account that one of the purposes is to avoid future expenses for not having such a system, for this purpose, background information on the problem is provided, such as the level of absenteeism, occupational diseases reported in the ARL Axa Colpatria. These objectives are based on the PHVA Cycle, which will allow defining the minimum standards in order to evaluate them, prioritize them and then generate new strategies to mitigate the company's risk, as well as defining procedures and management indicators that allow compliance with them, ensuring the development of each activity with quality and providing a quality of life for each of the employees. Finally, it is proposed to establish internally or externally the implementation of the SGSST by means of a cost evaluation, which allows to analyze what is more viable and how it can be carried out, guaranteeing continuous training in the company and helping to achieve the proposed goals and objectives.
