    Propuesta productiva y comercial vinícola a partir del estudio caso Chile

    The research work seeks to generate a successful productive and commercial strategy in Colombia for the cultivation of grapes and wine production based on good management practices and Chile’s experience; the study is an analysis from the supply chain addressing topics such as raw material, production, transport, logistics, agencies or branches, storage, sale or contact with the customer and distribution. Chile is one of the first grape exporting countries together with the United States and South Africa, its geographical characteristics, climate, labor and technification favor the conditions of the owners of the vineyards and of the entrepreneurs for the strengthening of this guild. The research methodology is qualitative in scope and based on secondary sources such as data and figures from articles, publications and documents. This research identifies cases of experimentation that Colombia had in the 1980s and 1990s with regard to the cultivation of grapes and the production of wine that proved successful and still work. The project is called Valle del Sol consortium and describes all the technical and human capacities that the country possesses for the improvement of this sector
