    Estudio de Vigilancia tecnológica en sistemas de movilidad para personas con discapacidad visual

    The main objective of the project is to give a proposal of improvement to the mobility of people with visual disabilities, since they are constantly affected by lack of tools, this population in its entirety uses only white cane, so throughout the This document develops a technological surveillance study which focuses on the detection of technologies capable of increasing mobility autonomy for this population, with the aim of achieving a mobility proposal. To achieve this goal, studies are carried out such as the technological alert which analyzes what is currently happening with the generation of tools for the mobilization of blind people, where information is collected in the different databases, yielding approximately a total of 1120 articles to be later analyzed, the next step is the elaboration of the study of bibliometrics which is done through databases, such as Scopus, Science Direct and the IEEE, allowing an analysis by means of the metrics evaluating the authors with more publications, the number of times that has been cited, in addition to the advances obtained through their investigations. Subsequently, the study of patent mapping and patentometry was carried out, analyzing which are the main contributions developed up to now, and then integrating the results for the elaboration of the proposal through a resolution of technical conflicts through the TRIZ matrix.
