    Due to the importance of the managing and the planeación of the taxes in the organizations, and in the financial behavior of the companies, it becomes his impact necessary to fulfil a tributary planeación, which minimizes the affectation generated on having paid the taxes, and the effects that for the ignorance of these it could take to the companies and the countable professional to committing acts of evasion, harming the collections of the condition and the finance of the companies on having been sanctioned, for the study of case was in use by the methodology raised by the Inter-American Bank of development, there was identified that to fulfil the tributary planeación it is necessary to to know the economic activity, the budget and the taxes, this way to obtain the sum of money to paying, the corresponding calculations are realized and one determines the exits of resources for these payments, and is indicated like to expire with the obligations.
