    The purpose of this paper is to analyze the cost of the average capital of the company, Inversiones y Construcciones Tamara SAS, which has evidence of a lack of financial tools to establish the cost of its sources. CCPP that allows the organization to measure them reasonably. It is important to note that the company does not belong to the stock market therefore it is not listed on the stock market, which makes its measurement complex. For the present analysis, the Financial Statements were taken as reference in the financial literature of different authors recognized as Ross Westerfield, Charles Moyer, Ignacio Velez Pareja, Modigliani, Miller, among others.
