    The purpose of this work is to generate a proposal for improvement in the Calzado San Miguel company, opting for the supply chain and supply chain as a topic, to begin a visit was made in the company, in order to know its operation, in addition it was investigated on all the tools that helped for its improvement such as sales forecasts, information systems establishing inputs and outputs, inventory management taking into account its indicators, identification of stocks in stock, description of the warehouse generating a redistribution of its products, which products are of push and pull determining their strategies on the subject.
