    The company Inversiones VICPAG S.A.S. dedicated to the commercialization of groceries, grains and cleaning products, in addition to all the products of the family basket, is characterized by the quality of it’s products, competitive prices and good customer service, located in the town of Suba. The present work aims to determine what characteristics should have a proposal for the implementation of a management system for safety and health at work in accordance with resolution 0312 of 2019. Performing an initial self­assessment where the current state of the company is established according to the minimum standards of the resolution; in this way the improvement plan and the annual work plan are developed, focused on improving the qualification and projecting the functional occupational safety and health management system for the company, using as a method the PHVA cycle for these activities.
