    The following document is focused on the design of the quality management system, based on the International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001, in its current version 2015, this design is developed in RED S.A.S. (the logistics operator) who is the main responsible for store, transport and distribute different types of merchandise. The quality system design inside the organization, aims to achieve the structuring of the requirements and its application in the standard, such as: scope, policy and quality objectives, process map, documentary structure, among others. Thus achieving that the company adjust the processes and look up the certification in the quality system, based on compliance with customer requirements.
