    Propuesta de diseño para manuales de procesos en el área de operaciones de la empresa OFICOMCO SAS

    This project begins with the objective of contributing to the development of the operations area of OFICOMCO SAS, a Colombian E-commerce company with more than four years in the market. By means of a preliminary diagnosis and the study of the daily activities, a clear opportunity of continuous improvement for the previously mentioned area was evidenced, for such reason, it is decided to design the manuals of complete processes that can contribute not only to the collaborators of this area but also to the whole organization in general. By means of the business diagnostic matrices, the current state of the company is analyze in order to detect its shortcomings, opportunities for improvement and those critical points where efforts and primordial work must be concentrated. Once the most important points were identified, flow charts, informative tables and detailed descriptions were designed with the objective of evidencing and analyze each one of the processes that make up the operations area in order to establish the points for improvement and growth opportunities. All the above in order to provide a clear guide, a detailed manual of processes not only for current employees but also for people who will be part of the area of operations of OFICOMCO SAS.
