    This work shows the results of an investigation carried out under the perspective of the narrative of the teacher Clara Nancy Villamil Duarte, teacher of the Agustiniano Ciudad Salitre school, regarding her professional development and the incidence of the Augustinian identity in her pedagogical work, for that reason the title that holds: "The rescue of the narrative on the teaching practice of the teacher Clara Nancy Villamil Duarte, and its relationship with the identity of the Colegio Agustiniano Ciudad Salitre", with which she realizes that narrations as a method of The research that this work proposes is based on the stories of a teacher about her professional experiences and her memory, both personally and with the contribution of one of her closest colleagues, as well as some students, who had the opportunity to be in the learning process of the teacher and in the same way the experiences of everyday life. All those experiences of the teacher Clara Nancy Villamil Duarte, who are part of the integration of the elements (sources of information) that framed the investigation, such as personal survey, life history, semi-structured interviews, analytical survey, descriptive survey , the biographical dictionary, are the ones that guide this research work.
