    In this internship report, a diagnosis is made of the administrative strategies and production processes of Distribuidora Juan Rivera 1, which seeks the opportunity to consolidate the current market and safer options for expansion to new lines of business. To achieve the proposed objectives, the redefinition of its organizational structure and the definition of the mission, vision, policies, values, principles and objectives for the organization were carried out, and in the same way they defined and implemented management indicators for their production processes, concluding the importance of the implementation of the designed management indicators, which contribute to the improvement of production processes, with higher quality levels, also allowing the expansion and opening of new production lines under process quality parameters and compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices and biosafety conditions that can help the company to obtain the National Institute for Food and Drug Surveillance INVIMA registration and positions of this m: strategic plan; Organizational diagnosis; SWOT matrix. All its products at better commercial levels.
