    The study makes a detailed research analysis of tourism capacity with the account in the municipality of Pacho, Cundinmarca; the purpose of the degree work is to desing proposal according to the strategies that are made know so that the municipality can achieve multiple benefits in the receptive community ,with obtain in grew in come descending from the use of the economic activity tourism ,this will be determined from the study of tourism supply ,tourism demand, to decipher the capabilities and weaknesses of the municipality ,then to implement a tool of tourist planning to investigative the physical and intangible factors that it possesses carrying out the plan in march, this is reflected in the matrix of commitments of competitiveness of viceministry of tourism ,this format was raised from the combination of he matrix of commitments and the methodology of planning to find the problematic ones ,this to employ an improvement with the strategies and their respective actions ,obtaining that Pacho has a viable alternative with their tourism potentialities .
