The objective of this study is to describe the organizational climate in the company PLATANITOS S.A.S. of the city of Santa Marta, additional, the random sampling formula was applied through the application of a survey designed to identify the aspects to be improved in the business organizational climate, in which a sample of 110 collaborators was obtained. As result, it was found that the organizational climate is in a favorable state. In general, it is evident that the most relevant factors for employees are, in the first instance, salary compensation, good treatment, career plan, and leadership. From the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that there is a favorable. Organizational climate, the salary allocation of employees, the company’s infrastructure and some intangible aspects, such as interpersonal relationships, leadership, effective communication, passion for service, and strategies should be prioritized.
