    The company Gher Asociados represented by the brand Frigo-Gher in the market of fish and shellfish of the city of Bogotá was born in the late seventies, as a family company that distributed and commercialized products of the natural fishing, through the years the General management together with his work team has tried to consolidate the company as a leading brand in the market, but for various internal motives and conditions of the Colombian economy, the company does not achieve such objective; In the year 2017, a group of students of the specialization of strategic management of marketing, is directed to the company for the realization and possible practical application of this project, in order to be able to establish a possible solution Commercial and marketing strategy so that the company can finally position the brand against the current competition, and obtain a representative growth for the company.
