    The purpose of this investigation is to design a business strategy to provide foreign trade advice through an international consultancy, a service that offers support to companies or people who wish to expand their company or business idea, and the way to do it is by International Markets. Different analysis of variables will be carried out, which will be seen in work modules such as: organizational, marketing, operational, legal and financial; Each module consists of some generalities and these explain the content of themselves, these generalities provide data un order to develop the venture and thus generate solutions to the problems faced by the potential client. One of the factors that helped the research was to know the client's points of view, the study showed great acceptance for the project and the products offered, since it was decided to choose the market niche, because it wanted to achieve the objective, generate employment, promote a sustainable environment and expand the horizons of companies and people who are dedicated to this activity or want to do so. It seeks to contribute in the tax, exchange and trade balance aspects of the country.
