    This improvement plan consists of implementing an information management system for the commercial area of the CCICC, with which a better commercial management can be carried out in an orderly and efficient manner, since it is necessary for the operation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chilean Colombo. The objective is to improve the use of this tool and to allow a more accurate follow-up of all the management reports that are made to each of the companies, taking into account that even the companies that are affiliated in their 70% are does a commercial management. The purpose of this improvement plan is also to have a methodology that implements a BITRIX24 CRM, in which all the updated management information files can be uploaded, so that when they are searched and used, they are ready without any unforeseen events.
