    Productos la Cauchera is a brand of the company Industrias Limpiecito S.A.S and is the subject of study of this thesis. The purpose of this project is to design a proposal for improvement in the supply chain of the company through the philosophy lean logistics. In order to design the proposal a diagnosis was made, and it showed the actual situation of the supply chain in the company, there were analyzed the purchasing, storage, production and distribution areas. After making the diagnosis it was possible to determine the problems that affect each area and based on them the improvements were proposed.
