Riesgos psicosociales intralaborales, factores protectores o de riesgo, en el área de operaciones de la empresa Operadora Portuaria Aeropuerto Matecaña
Melo-Quintero, Yuri Andrea; Montoya-Loaiza, Vanessa Lorena; Restrepo-Metaute, Yanceli; Parra-León, Nydia
With the development of the present project, the psychosocial intra-labor domains, recognized as protective and as risk factors, were identified for a sample of fifteen employees of the operations area of the company Operadora Portuaria Aeropuerto Matecaña SAS, during the labor changes imposed by the SAR-COV 2 pandemic, (Covid-19). The study used a qualitative approach, synthetic method, with explanatory research design, whose chosen survey technique allowed the collection of information with three questionnaires of the Battery of Instruments for the Evaluation of Psychosocial Risk Factors proposed by the Ministry of Social Protection (2010). With this, it was possible to identify that the positions of managers and professionals perceive the intra-labor psychosocial risk as a protective factor during the work activities, being the domain of work demands perceived as a psychosocial risk factor. For the auxiliary or operator positions at the level of intralabor psychosocial risk, the collaborators perceive it as a risk factor, identifying in this same category, the domains of leadership and social relations at work, control over work and work demands. The psychosocial domain of rewards was recognized as a protective factor.
