    Mejoramiento de los procesos de la gerencia relaciones corporativas del Banco de Alimentos de Bogotá

    A quality system in a company is developed to strengthen and enrich its internal processes thus seeking a better operation and development of its activities so that they are not affected in any part of the chain that make it up, so it was carried out the proper identification, documentation and verification of the procedures of the Corporate Relations Management of the Fundación Banco Arquidiocesano de Alimentos de Bogotá to determine the necessary improvements in the area of donors, communications, academia and volunteering and finally in beneficiary and nutrition management. Taking into account the above, the routines were built with the information provided by the collaborators during the meetings that were generated, as well as the job profiles with roles and responsibilities of each collaborator based on the requirements and needs of the Food Bank. Finally, new developments were found in the various areas to continue with the standardization of processes that has been carried out for some time and to be able to complete said project in that area.
