    The purpose of this project is to design a proposal for the selection and hiring process of the company Grupo Elite Organizacional Ltda. (Geor Comercial Ltda.- Geor Ltda.) company established in 2010 dedicated to the provision of training services, consulting and / or auditing for management systems, with a staff of 52 employees with national and international operation. Under the health emergency by COVID 19 Geor Ltda., raises the need to improve the process of human talent to operate remotely in an optimal way and thus address the economic crisis of Geor Ltda, crisis that impacted many other SMEs in Colombia, therefore, analysis tools and data collection as Dofa, POA, in-depth interviews to different positions of the company are used, this to meet the needs of the company thus providing an opportunity to improve the economic status of the company in relation to its operation and the welfare of each of its employees.
