    The objective of this research work is to highlight the possible opportunities that can represent for the banana subsector with the departure of the United Kingdom from the European Union (UE) better known as "BREXIT". of exploratory study, with a compilation of information based on international theories of trade, graphics with relevant data such as the trade balance of the United Kingdom and its main trading partners, additionally a compilation of the evolution of the base product of the research that is the banana, since we entered into force the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between Colombia and the EU, obtaining a comparison in quality of the possible scenarios that it faces the agricultural sector, finally a link with the European countries that can represent opportunities for the subsector of our country to present this new absence in the market European Union, without leaving behind the benefits that exist for the exchange of goods in order to It did not affect the people involved as it is Colombia.
