    El ecoturismo en Colombia como negocio internacional

    The objective of the document is to present the different offers that Colombia has in Ecotourism as an international business. To identify these offers, an investigation was carried out on the potential of Colombia, what are the types of ecotourism it offers and the entities and their actions to promote ecotourism as an international business. It is evident that Colombia has an extensive tourist wealth, among them we find a great variety between fauna, flora and different natural parks where you can perform activities such as ecotourism, rural tourism and adventure tourism, these factors have made tourism more attractive of the country, have contributed positively to the Colombian economy and therefore has increased employment. It is determined that identifying the elements that make ecotourism an international business has a broader picture when looking at the country and its regions where ecotourism potentiates its ecotourism offer, showing the competitiveness factors that Colombia has in this sub sector, Identifying structures and markets that make ecotourism an international market, the different entities which direct the ecotourism development policy in Colombia and their actions to promote the growth of this activity as a source of potential income to the economy of the country were evidenced.
