    Proceso de internacionalización para la empresa Ciberplay S.A

    This project was developed with the objective of proposing a model of internationalization for a Colombian SME, so the approach of this thesis focuses on conducting an analysis of the Cyberplay organization against the competition and identify the target market in a country of the OECD, to later identify the internationalization strategy that is most feasible for the company in order to answer the research question How to internationalize the company CiberPlay, taking advantage of the linkage of Colombia with the OECD ?. Based on the research carried out on the internationalization models proposed by experts, it was identified that the Joint Venture model is the most appropriate to propose the Cyberplay strategy. The chosen methodology is a case study with a qualitative approach, by which we can get to identify our target market being directed to Mexico.
