    This document is made with the purpose of identifying the potential that the events area has in the Habitel Hotel to become a strategic business unit. based on statistical data that allowed us to analyze the behavior of the events, the position of this area in the Hotel at a logistic, commercial and financial level, evaluating the internal and external forces that we had to take into account to carry out an analysis of the opportunities that presents the market in comparison with the real state of the hotel, thus proposing improvement strategies and an investment proposal that allows establishing a solid unit that is at the forefront and that can serve different types of market.
