    This investigation was realized in orderto analyze the incidence of the mixedTariff in the Colombian imports ofChinese footwear. With three importantparagraphs. Along the chapter I thesector worn in Colombia realizes thecharacterization. Later in the chapter IIthe behavior is described in foreigntrade of the Colombian sector wearingshoes and Finally, in the chapter III, theimports of Chinese footwear are relatedin Colombia during the period 2011-2016 to the implementation and validityof the decree 456 of 2014, the usedmethodology was descriptive of typemixed, since there was done thecompilation and qualitative andquantitative data analyses. Like conclusion identified that the decree of the mixed tariff impact directly to the imports of footwear, independently of where was his origin
