    The Colombian Coffee Growers Federation (FNC) is an association that promotes Colombian coffee crops and represents to Colombian coffee growers. The FNC has many programs focused on social responsibility that look for coffee growers well-being. Nowadays, there has been affected by foreign competition and the high costs of production. The FNC decides to implement an innovate business strategy that recently has been well – established in the country. The “Modelos Innovadores – Jóvenes Caficultores” project is implemented like an inclusive business strategy. The research is based on the analysis of the coffee sector, then highlight the main problems and the changes that are expected with the application of included business in the sector.
